Welcome to Muramoto. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you use our website, auctions, Buy Now service, and related features. By opening an account or making use of our platform, you agree to follow these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Muramoto.
By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to buy and own a vehicle in your country of residence.
Account Creation and Use
An account is required before you can place deposits, bid in auctions, or use the Buy Now option.
All details provided during registration must be true, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for protecting your login details. Any actions carried out through your account will be treated as your responsibility.
Muramoto may suspend or close accounts found to involve fraud, false information, or misuse of the platform.Auctions
To bid in an auction, you must first pay a refundable deposit. When you place a bid, it is binding. If you win, you must complete full payment within the stated time. If you lose, your deposit is not lost, it remains in your account and can either be refunded in full or used for another bid or purchase.
Buy Now
Using Buy Now reserves the vehicle for you at the listed price. Payment must be made immediately through Paystack or bank transfer.
Deposits and Payments
Deposits: A refundable deposit is required before you can participate in auctions or Buy
Payments: Full payment is required once you win an auction or confirm a Buy Now order.
Refunds: Deposits are refundable if you do not win an auction. However, once full payment is made for a vehicle, it is final and cannot be refunded.Shipping and Delivery
Muramoto arranges pickup, shipping, and delivery through trusted agents. Customers do not personally collect vehicles at the port; a licensed clearing agent must handle customs clearance and pickup. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping schedules, port congestion, or customs delays
Cancellations and Refunds
Vehicle payments are final and non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled once you have won an auction or completed a Buy Now purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Muramoto will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of vehicles. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third parties such as shipping lines, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Changes to Terms
Muramoto may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law These
Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
